2014 VIP Reception
Tuesday, Oct. 28

Thank you for attending FuturePorts' 2014 VIP Reception and for making it a success. We hope that you enjoyed the evening, designed to celebrate and honor the work that our local elected officials, our Port executives and commissioners, and other appointees contribute. Their dedication to our goods movement industry is invaluable, and helps to keep our economy robust and healthy.

We received over 130 RSVPs, and were pleased that the following honorees were able to make comments: Mayor Jim Dear, Carson; Long Beach Council Members Lena Gonzalez and Patrick O'Donnell; Port Executive Directors Kristen Decas, Port of Hueneme, Jon Slangerup of Port of Long Beach, and Gene Seroka of Port of Los Angeles; and Rich Dines, Vice President of the Port of Long Beach Board of Harbor Commissioners.

And very special thanks to our sponsors for supporting the event, and to our members for supporting FuturePorts throughout the year.
